Rockwell on the River is located in an old manufacturing complex in the Avondale neighborhood in Chicago.  This unique industrial building will feature 20,000 square feet of useable event space and architectural details including high lofted bow truss ceilings, skylights, exposed brick, timber construction, a grand courtyard entrance, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the North branch of the Chicago River.

Looking for a home so you can make your specialties?

Rockwell on the River is a perfect space for artisans and food makers looking for a centralized location in Chicago in a beautiful building that inspires creativity. We have several second floor spaces available which include freight elevators and access to delivery docks. Please contact us for more information for a tour of available spaces.

Rockwell on the River is still under construction.

We are currently installing a brick paver courtyard, which will challenge the beauty of any courtyard in Europe as year round it will be exposed thanks to the underground heated coils.
The future river deck will bring the indoors out with over 3,000 square feet of cocktail worthy space to our event space, and there are plans to be a destination for canoes, water taxis and other small watercraft.
The 312 RiverRun, the longest pedestrian bridge to be built in Chicago, spanning nearly two miles, will connect the Irving Park, Albany Park, North Center, and Avondale communities. Completion date late 2018.
